Why buyers finance software

Keep your cash and your discounts.

Paying upfront
Financing with Max Technologies

One large outlay drains capital you could put toward growth and headcount.

Cash stays free for growth, headcount, and other priorities.

Payments locked to the vendor's billing terms and renewal dates.

Payments aligned to your annual or quarterly budget cycles.

Pay the full multi-year term up front to earn volume pricing.

Lock in discounts — multi-year and volume pricing, spread over time.

Separate contracts and invoices to manage for every vendor.

One agreement and a single invoice, handled through Max Technologies.

When teams use it

Three plays for real budgets.

Deferral

Budget lands next cycle

The project starts now, but budget opens next quarter. Defer payment up to 180 days.

→ Deploy now, pay next cycle
Ramp-up

Phased rollout

Lock the multi-year discount today and ramp payments as you deploy in waves.

→ Volume pricing, no shelfware
Roll-in

Switching vendors mid-contract

Still owe on an incumbent contract? We roll it into the new agreement across the term.

→ Displace without double paying
Payment options

Three ways to structure it.

Every structure delivers the same thing: your software active on day one, with payments shaped around your budget.

FAQ

Common questions.

What software can be financed?
Any enterprise software purchase or renewal — cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, SaaS, renewals, and true-ups. If you have a quote, we can put payment terms on it, whether or not the vendor offers them.
Does this change my software or pricing?
No. You get the same product and the same negotiated pricing on your quote. The only change is that Max Technologies is the reseller of record and your payments follow a schedule instead of one upfront amount.
Who do I pay?
You pay Max Technologies on the schedule you chose. Max Technologies pays the vendor. One agreement, one invoicing relationship — even across multiple vendors.
What do you need from us to approve terms?
Usually just your company details. Most purchases approve in seconds with no financial documents. Larger purchases may require standard financial documentation, and we will tell you upfront if yours does.
Can services be on the same plan?
Yes. Licensing plus Max Technologies delivery, deployment, and managed services can sit on a single payment schedule, so the whole engagement matches your budget, not just the software.
We still owe money on the product we are replacing. Can that be included?
Yes. Remaining subscription or support costs on an incumbent product can be rolled into the new agreement and spread across the term. You can run both products during migration without carrying double costs. Roll-in structures are confirmed during deal structuring.
We are buying CrowdStrike. Is there anything specific for that?
Yes — as a CrowdStrike partner we run a dedicated program for Falcon agreements, including multi-year deals affected by CrowdStrike's upfront payment policy. See payment flexibility for CrowdStrike.
Does this work in Canada?
Yes. The program covers organizations in both the United States and Canada.
