Yulian is responsible for financial reporting and the overall financial strategy at Max Technologies. He guides the controller, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting and tax functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ and investors’ expectations. He also supports the company’s global operations, marketing and human resources.
Prior to joining Max Technologies, Yulian worked in the public practice and industry and helped to implement the accounting and finance systems for several local start up companies. Throughout his career, Yulian has established a reputation for building highly effective teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and high-growth.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Alberta.
